Do you have a Delta American Express?

Here’s why you should!

3X Miles on in flight purchases!

Anyone who knows me is well aware that I am a Delta girl through and through! But seriously, the perks of this card are so worth it if you love to travel!

No matter which card you choose you will get:

·        1st checked bag FREE

Not only do you get a free checked bag, but anyone in your travel party (meaning you booked their ticket) gets a free bag! For my family of six, we could technically check six bags on each flight! Currently the fee is $30 each way, $60 round-trip. For six of us that comes out to $360!

·        Priority boarding – Main Cabin 1

If your team carry-on, then this perk is for you! Those overhead bins fill up quick and if you get stuck in the final boarding group, your often asked to gate check your bag so this is crucial!

·        15% flights when booking with points

When you redeem miles for a flight, delta will automatically take off 15%! You heard me right, when do airlines ever go on sale?! This is a game changer! To get 15% off the entire flight must be operated by Delta, not one of its partners, so if yours isn’t marked down try changing to a different flight operated by Delta to get the savings!

Gold Card

The Gold card has an annual fee of $99 and this is the one we started with. With this card you get all of the perks above, and also earn miles for each dollar your spend.

Platinum Card

The Platinum Card has an annual fee of $250 and in my opinion is the best bang for your buck! We upgraded to this on a few years ago and haven’t looked back! On top of all the perks listed above, you also get:

·        10K boost towards Medallion Status

·        1 free companion ticket per year, good for anyone to travel with you in the continental USA

·        FREE TSA pre check. Just sign up for an appointment, go through the process, use this card to pay for it and they will credit you!

·        Access to Sky Club for $50

Reserve Card

The reserve card has an annual fee of $550. It offers all the above plus:

·        Access to Sky Club

·        Access to Centurion Lounge

·        VIP Status

·        Priority Upgrades

While this list shows the major differences between the cards, it doesn’t show every perk. For a full list of comparisons visit, Delta American Express.
